trois petits pains...

...est une petite boulangerie de village, le pain est au levain, fait à la main et cuit dans un four à bois

nous avons au moins 20 variétés différents de pain plusieurs aux graines ou fruits secs.

nous utilisons, entre autre, trois anciennes variétés de blé -- épeautre, petit épeautre (engrain) et kumut (khorasan) -- très nutritifs et particulièrement appropriés aux personnes avec l'intolérance au gluten

il y a trois fournées par semaine ; le mardi, jeudi et samedi et le pain sort du four à 16h30

...is a small village bakery making sour-dough bread totally by hand and then baking it in a wood fired oven

we make at least 20 different types of bread including many with seeds and nuts

we also use three old varieties of wheat -- spelt, little spelt (engrain) and kumut -- which are extremely nutritious and particularly suitable for people with gluten intolerance

we bake three times a week; on tuesday, thursday and Saturday, the bread is ready for 4.30pm
